Event is Sunday January 18th starting at 2pm! It is recommended to be on-site at 1:30pm if you are entering a chili in the competition.
This cookoff runs until 5:00pm, with winner drawn @ 5:00pm the same day.
Entry into the competition automatically gets you a judge spot ticket (either for you or someone you know), this builds in a community judge pool just from entering. You will be obligated to either judge or provide a judge.
Additional judges can be accommodated, and as such, we’re offering a modest $5.00 charge for walk-in judging. All samples MUST be tried, and score card must be filled out.
